Hi I'm Michelle it's really lovely to meet you.

I have been working in the wellbeing sector for over 30 years. I started as a holistic therapist, and since 2020 have been integrating teaching yoga with my holistic therapies, with a particular interest in women's health.

Over the years, I have carefully chosen a wide range of therapies to support total mind and body wellbeing.

It was developing more confidence as I got older, along with the need to explore my own 25 years as a yoga student that led me to undertake  yoga teacher training. Attaining the advanced 500 hour accreditation just as I turned 51 years old.

Training as a Menopause yoga teacher in 2022 was a life enhancing experience, not only to help myself as I move from peri-menopause into menopause, but to have the privilege to share these informative and empowering classes with other women as they move through their own unique menopause journey.

​

Yoga really is for everyone and the many benefits can be experienced from day one. It teaches us how to connect back with our-self, space to be present and breathe, creating positive changes that shine out into daily life.

​

FYI  I cant get my leg over my head, its ok if you can't touch your toes, its fine if you pass wind in a yoga class, laugh or cry, you can wear what you want too no lycra required.

Yoga Classes at Roxley Hall
Fridays 11.30am 12.30pm slow flow Hatha yoga for all levels
1pm to 2pm
 slow and steady Hatha yoga for all levels


Online yoga Classes
Wednesday 6pm to 7pm 
Saturdays 9am to 10am

I really love my weekly yoga practice at Roxley Hall. We are always warmly greeted by Michelle who checks in with everyone to see of any injuries or physical limitations. These are taken into account during the practice with any necessary modifications. Each week follows a different focus such as the seasons, breathwork, the moon, the heart, sleep or menopause sessions. Being relatively new to yoga I have always felt comfortable being part of this very friendly group. Michelle's style of teaching yoga has really benefited my physical and mental wellbeing.
