Service Description

Enjoy a yoga class from the comfort of your home. Roll out your yoga mat and surround yourself in cushions and blankets to support your practice. A live zoom class still creates a sense of community as you share the practice with others. Every Wednesday 6pm to 7pm Every Saturday 9am to 10am Recordings will be available if unable to attend live. Once booked the zoom link will be emailed to you to join the class.
